Artificial Inteligent (AI) Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy AI Specialist to support the integration and utilization of Artificial Intelligence tools within the organization. The AI Specialist will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve business processes through AI, creating and optimizing AI-driven workflows, providing user support, and training employees on AI applications to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain AI-powered solutions to improve business operations and workflow efficiency.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend AI tools and technologies that align with company objectives.
• Design and optimize AI prompts, automations, and workflows for various departments.
• Assist teams in leveraging AI applications for reporting, documentation, customer service, marketing, and data analysis.
• Monitor AI system performance and recommend improvements to maximize effectiveness and accuracy.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI-related applications and software.
• Conduct employee training sessions and workshops on AI tools and best practices.
• Create and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides for AI systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI trends, tools, and industry developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI technologies.
• Familiarity with process automation tools, data analytics, and productivity software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in prompt engineering, workflow automation, or AI implementation is an advantage.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
