• Curriculum Development: Design and continuously update structured training modules, course materials, and hands-on laboratory exercises on AI/ML.
• Training Delivery: Conduct interactive classroom training, corporate workshops, and live online webinars for diverse batches.
• Mentorship: Guide learners through real-world AI projects, capstone assignments, and model evaluation techniques.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the go-to authority on concepts like Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering.
• Assessment Creation: Build evaluation metrics, mock interviews, and quizzes to measure student progress effectively.

Required Keyskills (Crucial for Naukri Search Visibility):

• Core Tech: Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Python, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision
• Advanced AI: Generative AI, LLM Model Training, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Libraries/Tools: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, NumPy, Jupyter Notebook
• Soft Skills: Corporate Training, Technical Training, Curriculum Design, Classroom Management, Communication Skills

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 3 to 10+ years of core industry experience working as an AI/ML Engineer, Data Scientist, or AI Consultant. Prior training experience is a plus but not mandatory if you have excellent communication skills.
• Education: B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Professional AI/ML certifications are highly valued.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex algorithmic concepts in a simplified language.
