Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Azure AI services such as Bot Service, Language Understanding, and Speech Recognition.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide customized conversational AI solutions that meet their needs.
• Develop natural language processing (NLP) models using Python and other relevant technologies to enable intelligent conversations between humans and machines.
• Troubleshoot issues related to conversational AI systems, identify root causes, and implement fixes.

Job Requirements :

• 3-11 years of experience in Conversational AI development or a related field.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, retrieval augmented generation, STT/ASR/TT concepts.
• Proficiency in developing NLP models using Python or similar programming languages.
