Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Artificial Intelligence Engineer role based in Lucknow. The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI models and systems that address complex reasoning, problem-solving, and programming challenges. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining data pipelines, training and fine-tuning models, implementing evaluation frameworks, and optimizing model performance for real-world applications. The role involves close collaboration with data engineers, product teams, and researchers to integrate AI solutions into production environments and refine them through human-in-the-loop feedback. The engineer will also document technical approaches, monitor system reliability, and contribute to continuous improvement of the company’s AI infrastructure and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in machine learning and deep learning, including model design, training, and evaluation.
• Candidates should possess solid programming skills in languages such as Python and experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Candidates should possess skills in data engineering and data processing, including working with data pipelines, ETL workflows, and large datasets.
• Candidates should possess experience with MLOps practices, model deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization in production environments.
• Candidates should possess skills in experiment design, quantitative analysis, and problem-solving for complex AI use cases.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams in an on-site setting.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field are beneficial.
• Experience in AI research, human-in-the-loop systems, or post-training optimization methods is a plus.
