Role & responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end AI/LLM applications (RAG, AI Agents, Multimodal AI)
• Build scalable Python applications using FastAPI, LangChain/LangGraph
• Deploy and maintain production-ready AI systems on AWS
• Define evaluation frameworks and optimize model performance
• Mentor junior AI engineers and drive technical excellence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI products

What We're Looking For

• 58 years of Software Engineering experience, including 3+ years in AI/ML
• Proven experience deploying GenAI/LLM solutions to production
• Strong expertise in Python, LangChain/LangGraph, RAG, Fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA)
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, CI/CD, and MLOps
• Knowledge of AI evaluation, observability, and scalable system design
• Excellent problem-solving, mentoring, and collaboration skills

• Multi-Agent Systems (CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph)
• GraphRAG, Knowledge Graphs, MCP
• Multimodal AI and Open Source contributions
