This role is hybrid, 2-3 days per week in the office (Bucharest).

🚀Then what?

AI Engineer focusing on designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI models that drive impactful business decisions, with the following tasks:

• Architect RAG Systems: Design, build, and scale advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines to ground LLM responses in proprietary enterprise data.
• Develop Agentic Workflows: Construct complex, multi-step AI agents and stateful applications using LangChain and LangGraph .
• Model Integration: Integrate, prompt, and orchestrate both commercial (OpenAI, Anthropic) and open-source (Llama 3, Mistral) language models.
• Backend Engineering: Write clean, highly optimized, and scalable Python code to deploy AI microservices into production environments.
• Optimize Retrieval: Experiment with and refine document parsing, chunking strategies, embedding models, and vector search algorithms to improve pipeline accuracy.
• Evaluate & Iterate: Implement evaluation metrics to continuously measure and reduce hallucination rates, latency, and operational costs.

Required technical skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with demonstrated experience building and deploying Large Language Model (LLM) applications to production.
• Strong programming expertise in Python.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and architectures.
• Hands-on experience building complex, stateful multi-agent workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Experience integrating vector databases and deploying scalable AI solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient production-level code, adhering to software engineering best practices (version control, testing, CI/CD).
