What you need to join us:

We are looking for a talented Data Scientist | AI Engineer to join an ambitious AI transformation journey within one of Europe's leading financial organizations. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge initiatives involving Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and MLOps , helping build intelligent solutions that deliver real business value. If you're excited about creating autonomous AI agents, optimizing LLMs, developing advanced machine learning models, and working with the latest AI technologies, this challenge is for you.

Your responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy innovative AI and Machine Learning solutions.
• Build and optimize Generative AI applications using state-of-the-art LLMs.
• Fine-tune and extend open-source and commercial language models.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Develop autonomous Agentic AI solutions and intelligent multi-agent systems.
• Implement agent frameworks, memory layers, orchestration capabilities, and tool integrations.
• Leverage vector databases to power advanced semantic search and retrieval experiences.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model optimization.
• Develop predictive and analytical models using traditional Machine Learning techniques.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Product Teams, and Business Stakeholders.
• Ensure AI solutions meet high standards of quality, reliability, scalability, and governance.
• Contribute to AI best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous innovation.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
• Proven experience developing and deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) .
• Experience implementing RAG architectures and semantic search solutions.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI , AI Agents, orchestration frameworks, and agent communication patterns.
• Experience working with Vector Databases .
• Advanced programming skills in Python .
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face , or similar frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) .
• Experience applying Machine Learning techniques such as classification, clustering, decision trees, SVMs, and neural networks.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP .
• Experience with MLOps practices and AI solution deployment.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Fluent English (mandatory).

Nice to have:

• Experience with RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback).
• Experience training and fine-tuning foundation models.
• Knowledge of AI governance, model explainability, and Responsible AI principles.
• French language skills.
