Mandatory Skills & Requirements

We are looking for passionate AI Engineers with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Python development. Candidates should possess the following mandatory skills:

Core Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python Programming
• Experience with Pandas and NumPy for data manipulation and analysis
• Good understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and clean coding practices
• Experience using Git / GitHub for version control

Machine Learning Skills

• Understanding of Supervised and Unsupervised Learning
• Experience with Data Cleaning, Data Preprocessing, and Feature Engineering
• Knowledge of Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)
• Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn
• Familiarity with Model Evaluation Metrics such as Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F1-Score, ROC-AUC, and RMSE
• Exposure to TensorFlow and/or PyTorch

Database Skills

• Good understanding of SQL
• Ability to write Queries, Joins, and perform Data Retrieval using databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL

Generative AI Skills

• Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar platforms
• Understanding of Prompt Engineering
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Familiarity with Embeddings and Vector Databases

Additional Skills (Preferred for Experienced Candidates)

• FastAPI / Flask
• Deep Learning Architectures (CNN, RNN, Transformers)
• MLOps Concepts
• Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Model Deployment and Monitoring
• LLM Fine-Tuning and Agentic AI Applications

Educational Qualification

• B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Science, Artificial Intelligence.
• MCA, MSc (Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML) candidates may also apply.
