Role & responsibilities

* Understand Lead's educational background, work experience, career goals, and interests.

* Provide suitable career guidance and career-path recommendations based on the candidate's profile.

* Explain career opportunities in AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and related technologies.

* Have a good understanding of AI & Data Science concepts to confidently communicate with candidates.

* Conduct counselling calls and address candidates' questions regarding career transition and upskilling.

* Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

* Explain Hope AI's programs, learning journey, projects, and placement support clearly.

* Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper lead records.

* Coordinate with mentors and technical teams whenever candidates require detailed technical clarification.

* Track lead status, follow-ups, conversions, and daily performance.

* Maintain professional and positive communication throughout the candidate journey.

Preferred candidate profile

* Excellent verbal communication skills

* Strong counselling and interpersonal skills

* Good lead-handling and follow-up skills

* Good knowledge of AI, Data Science, ML & GenAI And Bachelor degress in AI DS, AI ML

* Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language

* Strong relationship-building and persuasion skills

* Target-oriented approach

* Good problem-solving and listening skills

* Prior experience in Business Development, EdTech, Career Counselling is an advantage.
