Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are currently hiring for a AI Engineer role with VLink India Pvt. Ltd. based in Gurugram, supporting our client BlackRock. .

Please find the requirements below:

• 4+ years of professional experience in software/application development, with strong exposure to Agentic AI / Generative AI.
• Hands-on experience in Agentic AI development is mandatory, including AI agents, agent workflows, orchestration, tool/function calling, memory, or multi-step reasoning.
• Strong experience working with LLMs and GenAI technologies to build, integrate, deploy, or enhance AI-powered applications.
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks/tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of RAG, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, tool calling, and AI application integration.
• Experience developing or integrating AI agents with APIs, enterprise systems, databases, developer tools, or business applications.
• Strong understanding of backend development, REST APIs, microservices, and scalable application architecture.
• Java exposure is required, with good understanding of Core Java and backend application development.
• Familiarity with Java concepts such as collections, exception handling, multithreading/concurrency, JVM fundamentals, and application debugging.
• Hands-on experience with Java application deployment is preferred/required depending on project needs.
• Experience deploying GenAI/Agentic AI applications or services in enterprise environments is an advantage.
• Exposure to AI infrastructure, platform engineering, developer tooling, or AI transformation platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, or modern software development practices.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional engineering and product teams.
