Artificial Intelligence Engineer

About the Opportunity

We are looking for experienced Senior AI Enterprise Software Engineers to support the expansion of Client's software platform, a next-generation Personal AI solution, into the enterprise market. This is an exciting opportunity to help build the backend infrastructure, enterprise integrations, and scalable services that power AI-driven applications in secure, enterprise-grade environments. The ideal candidate is a highly technical, hands-on engineer with strong backend development and system architecture experience, who can independently deliver complex solutions while leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate engineering workflows.

• Beyond strong coding skills, we are seeking engineers who understand how complex systems are designed, integrated, and maintained.

• Successful candidates will be able to take high-level technical specifications, independently drive implementation, and critically evaluate their solutions to identify missing requirements, architectural weaknesses, integration risks, and potential production issues.

• We particularly value engineers who combine deep technical expertise, strong system design capabilities, hands-on development experience, and an AI-driven engineering mindset.

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience , preferably building

enterprise platforms, complex backend applications, or distributed systems.

• Strong hands-on programming experience with Kotlin, Rust, Java, Go, Python, or

similar backend technologies. Experience with Kotlin and/or Rust is particularly

valued .

• Proven experience designing and developing backend services, RESTful APIs,

distributed systems, and cloud-based applications .

• Strong understanding of system design, software architecture, scalability,

performance optimization, and service-to-service communication.

• Experience with enterprise security and identity concepts, including authentication,

authorization, SSO, OAuth, RBAC, and third-party integrations .

• Practical experience using AI-powered development tools to improve software

development productivity, code quality, testing, and deployment workflows.

- Familiarity with AI-powered applications and technologies such as Large

Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or

intelligent workflows.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify

technical risks and resolve complex issues independently.

• Ability to understand how individual services and components interact within larger

enterprise platforms.

• Advanced English communication skills and experience collaborating with

distributed or US-based engineering teams.
