Job Overview:

The AI Engineer role will provide dedicated technical capacity to support and accelerate the growing AI demand across the business. Reporting to the AI Lead, the role will focus on the hands-on delivery of AI use cases, including building and configuring AI skills, developing AI solutions, prototyping new capabilities and supporting integration with existing systems and data.

Top 5 responsibilities:

1. Build and configure AI skills, agents and solutions.
2. Develop and test AI use cases and prototypes.
3. Integrate AI solutions with business systems and data.
4. Build reusable AI components that can be scaled across use cases.
5. Support testing, deployment and ongoing improvement of AI solutions.
6. Work closely with the AI Lead and business teams to translate requirements into working solutions.

Essential Experience Areas

1. AI agents and skills development
2. Prompt engineering and LLM integration
3. APIs and system integration
4. Cloud development – preferably Azure

Required tools/systems:

Visual Studio, C#, Python, React, Microsoft Agent Framework (or) Langchain, Azure, SQL.

Qualifications:

1. 5 + years experience with related construction industry experience
2. Bachelors in Computer Science
