Role Overview

A visionary AI Engineering to lead our AI initiatives within vehicle development engineering. This role is pivotal in establishing and managing a dynamic team dedicated to designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions that drive forward our commitment to innovation and excellence in the automotive field.

Specific responsibilities

• Establish and lead a skilled team of AI engineers and specialists.
• Develop and oversee the strategic direction of AI applications in vehicle development.
• Innovate and implement AI solutions that enhance vehicle performance, safety, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies seamlessly with existing vehicle engineering processes.
• Manage projects from concept to deployment, ensuring they meet industry standards and company objectives.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in AI and automotive engineering, adapting strategies as necessary.

Basic Qualifications & Experiences

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Proven experience in leading AI projects and teams, preferably in the automotive or related industries.
• Strong technical proficiency in AI and machine learning technologies and their application in product development.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating and guiding teams towards achieving technological excellence.
• Ability to interface effectively with other team leaders and stakeholders
