About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on AI Solutions Expert who can bridge cutting-edge AI technologies with real business outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who not only understands the fundamentals of AI/ML but also has practical experience deploying generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and other enterprise-ready AI platforms.

You will play a central role in evaluating, piloting, and integrating AI solutions across business functions (productivity, analytics, customer engagement, and automation), while ensuring scalability, security, and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

· AI Strategy & Advisory

o Assess organizational needs and identify where AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) can create tangible value.

o Develop AI adoption roadmaps aligned with enterprise strategy and compliance requirements.

· Implementation & Integration

o Configure and deploy Microsoft Copilot across productivity and business applications.

o Evaluate, test, and integrate other active AI tools in the market for specific business use cases.

o Develop proof-of-value pilots, drive adoption, and scale successful initiatives.

· Solution Design & Delivery

o Build AI-driven workflows (e.g., automation, analytics, customer insights).

o Create data pipelines, prompts, and fine-tuned models where required.

o Collaborate with IT, security, and business stakeholders to ensure responsible AI use.

· Governance & Enablement

o Define responsible AI guardrails, policies, and usage guidelines.

o Train business teams to effectively use AI tools.

o Track adoption, measure ROI, and continuously improve AI solutions.

Required Qualifications

· Strong knowledge of Generative AI and LLMs; understanding of their strengths, limitations, and enterprise applications.

· Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI GPT models, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or similar AI tools.

· Ability to design and deliver AI-powered business workflows (automation, productivity, analytics).

· Proficiency in prompt engineering, AI orchestration, and integration with enterprise platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Dynamics, CRM, ERP).

· Working knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance in AI usage.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to translate AI
