Lead AI Architect – Executive AI & Personal Intelligence (Remote, Europe)

We are seeking a Lead AI Architect to design, build, and deploy an AI-native operating system for executive leadership,acting as a super-capable, software-driven Chief of Staff.

This system serves as a single, unified interface that holds complete organisational context, remembers every interaction, and proactively executes complex workflows. You will own the entire technical stack end-to-end, moving from architectural design to shipping production-grade agentic systems.

What You’ll Build

• Direct daily integration across email, calendars, documents, CRMs, databases, and communication channels.
• Autonomous, multi-agent orchestration capable of task decomposition, tool use, and complex execution.
• Deep context management and persistent memory pipelines that allow the system to continuously learn and adapt.
• Intelligence systems built to deliver answers, synthesize data, and handle multi-step tasks without manual context switching.
• Secure-by-design access controls and privacy guardrails for handling high-level executive data.

Who We’re Looking For

• You have successfully built and shipped a "Second Brain", Personal Intelligence AI, or Executive Assistant agentic system that real people rely on daily
• Hands-on experience with prompting, RAG pipelines, embeddings, context window management, tool chaining, and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Proficiency in low-level or high-level production languages (e.g., Python, C++, Rust, Go) with full autonomy over tool choices (Claude, OpenAI, Vector DBs, LangChain, n8n, etc.).
• Demonstrated capability to ship rapidly and iterate based on direct feedback.
• Experience at an AI-native startup or AI research lab. Fluency in Russian is a plus (not required).
