We’re Hiring: AI Architect – Pharma Domain

Location: New Jersey / New York (Hybrid)

Job Type: Full-Time (Contract option also available)

Are you passionate about designing scalable AI solutions in the Pharma domain? We are seeking a visionary AI Architect to lead digital transformation initiatives for top pharmaceutical clients.

What You’ll Do

• Architect end-to-end AI solutions across drug discovery, clinical trials, and supply chain.

• Collaborate with pharma R&D teams to integrate Machine Learning, Generative AI, and advanced analytics.

• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and data privacy standards.

• Drive innovation in Pharma data platforms, cloud-native architectures, and AI governance.

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate domain challenges into AI-driven solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in IT/AI architecture, with at least 5 years in Pharma IT services.

• Strong expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).

• Experience with Clinical trial data, real-world evidence, and pharma regulatory systems.

• Cloud proficiency (AWS, Azure, GCP) with focus on scalable AI deployments.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage senior stakeholders.
