Role Summary:

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work closely with business and technology stakeholders to design, develop, and implement AI-driven and data-centric solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong software engineering expertise with customer-facing consulting skills to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy applications leveraging AI/ML, Generative AI, and cloud technologies.
• Build integrations with enterprise systems, APIs, and data platforms.
• Develop PoCs and production-ready solutions to address business challenges.
• Work with Data Science, Engineering, and DevOps teams to operationalize AI solutions.
• Ensure solution scalability, performance, security, and compliance with banking standards.
• Provide technical leadership during implementation, deployment, and post-production support.

Required Skills

• Strong programming experience in Python, Java, or Scala .
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and AI/ML solutions .
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines .
• Familiarity with Databricks, Spark, and modern data engineering frameworks .
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Risk, Compliance, Fraud Detection, or Customer Operations.
• Exposure to Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex , or similar AI ecosystems.
• Understanding of AI Governance, Security, and Responsible AI principles.
