Senior AI Developer (GCP / Google ADK / Vertex AI / RAG)

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Proven experience building AI agents using Google Agent Development Kit (ADK)

• Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures

• Deep knowledge of Vertex AI, including:

• Gemini models

• Model Garden

• Vertex AI Search

• Vertex AI Agent Builder

• Prompt Engineering

• Fine-tuning and evaluation

• Strong Python development skills

• Experience with vector databases:

• Vertex AI Vector Search

• Pinecone

• Weaviate

• ChromaDB

• Bigquery

• Experience integrating AI solutions through APIs and microservices

• Knowledge of MCP implementation

• Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native architecture

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions using Google ADK and Vertex AI.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines for enterprise knowledge retrieval.
• Develop multi-agent workflows and autonomous decision-making systems.
• Integrate LLMs, vector databases, and enterprise systems.
• Implement monitoring, evaluation, security, and governance for AI applications.
• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to define AI solutions.

Ideal Experience

• 8+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years in Generative AI/LLM solutions
• 2+ years of hands-on Vertex AI implementation
• Experience delivering production-grade AI applications on GCP.
