About the Role

We are looking for an AI Solution Architect / Agentic Platform Lead to own the technical architecture and delivery of a shared, governed agent platform on Azure . The platform will power multiple business-development agents and establish the reusable backbone for a broader connected agent ecosystem.

What We’re Looking For

Mandatory - Strong hands-on and production experience required:

• Azure AI Foundry Agent Service and Azure OpenAI.
• Semantic Kernel ; strong transferable experience with AutoGen or LangGraph may also be considered.
• Multi-agent systems in production , including orchestration, agent handoffs, tool/function calling, state, memory, and human review.
• Azure AI Search , including vector search, hybrid retrieval, semantic ranker, metadata strategy, and enterprise RAG.
• Entra ID and enterprise security , including on-behalf-of flow, managed identities, RBAC, and security trimming.
• Azure platform architecture , including landing zones, Well-Architected Framework, Private Link, Cosmos DB, Azure Functions, App Service, and API Management.
• Microsoft 365 integration using Microsoft Graph, SharePoint Online, Teams/Bot Framework, or Copilot Studio.
• Python , including FastAPI, asynchronous programming, and API/service development.
• LLMOps and evaluation , including groundedness, relevance, citation quality, regression testing, observability, latency, and token/cost optimisation.
• Proven ownership of an enterprise AI or platform architecture taken beyond prototype into production.
