Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 + Bonus + Stock Options

Summary:

We are looking for exceptional Artificial Intelligence Specialists to take cutting edge AI solutions beyond the proof of concept stage and into production across some of the world's largest enterprise organisations. This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of AI, building and deploying sophisticated solutions involving Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG and MCP, while tackling complex challenges across enterprise architecture, security, governance and scalability.

This is a highly technical, client facing role for engineers who combine deep engineering expertise with commercial awareness and exceptional communication skills. You'll work directly with senior stakeholders, including CTOs and C-suite executives, translating business challenges into production-ready AI solutions. You'll need to think critically, justify architectural decisions and own the end to end delivery process, from initial discovery through to deployment.

Key Skills:

• Strong Python, AI/ML, data engineering and software engineering expertise, with hands-on experience in Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG and Generative AI.
• Proven experience taking complex AI solutions from proof of concept to production within large enterprise environments.
• Expertise in end to end solution architecture, including MCP, cloud infrastructure, security, encryption, governance and system resiliency.
• Cloud certifications across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or another major cloud provider.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate complex technical concepts into business value.
• Strong critical thinking and architectural decision-making skills, with the ability to explain technical choices, alternatives and trade-offs.

• Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to understand business objectives and deliver solutions that drive measurable impact.
• Experience working directly with enterprise clients and presenting technical solutions to CTOs, VPs and C-suite executives.
• A collaborative, adaptable and high-performance mindset, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments where the bar is exceptionally high.
