Role Description The Artificial Intelligent Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Sirhind. The person in this role will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to design, label, and refine training datasets for AI models. Daily responsibilities include reviewing and annotating data, documenting edge cases, testing model outputs, and providing clear feedback to improve performance and accuracy. The role also involves following defined guidelines, maintaining data quality standards, and suggesting improvements to training processes and tools. The Artificial Intelligent Trainer will participate in team discussions, support experiments with new training methods, and help ensure that AI systems are reliable, fair, and aligned with user needs.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret patterns, identify errors, and evaluate AI outputs.
• Attention to detail and consistency in data annotation, documentation, and quality control tasks.
• Comfort with using computers, web-based tools, and basic software applications for data handling and reporting.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical team members.
• Interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning concepts, and emerging technologies; prior exposure is an advantage.
• Ability to learn new guidelines quickly, follow structured processes, and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; relevant certifications or coursework in AI, data, or IT are beneficial.
• Willingness to work on-site in Sirhind and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards when handling data.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
