Part-Time Cake Baker – Full Training Provided

We're looking for someone with a genuine love of baking and the drive to learn and improve every day to join our cake section on a part-time basis. You'll start by supporting the team with core cake production (baking sponges, preparing fillings and frostings, finishing and decorating), and with full training and support you'll progress to producing our full cake range independently. For the right person, there's real scope to grow your skills and responsibilities over time.

We're an award-winning artisan bakery specialising in sourdough breads, laminated pastries, and cakes. Our focus is on quality, creativity, and craft, using exciting ingredients and methods to produce an ever-evolving range of products.

We proudly supply wholesale breads, cakes, and pastries to a prestigious list of clients including Cheltenham Racecourse, Silverstone, Gloucester Services, and Henley Regatta, as well as our own shops.

Every Saturday, our pop-up shop showcases an ever-changing menu that lets us experiment with new flavours and refine our techniques, and our cakes play a big part in that.

This year we were named one of the Top 50 Bakeries in the UK, adding to the multiple awards we've achieved in previous years.

Hours
Part time, normally 2-4 day per week .
