Part-Time Artist & Experience Host

Splash Art UK | Liverpool City CentrePart-time | Weekend availability required

Splash Art is looking for an outgoing, reliable person to join our team. We host colourful, hands-on art experiences for children, adults, families and groups, and we want every guest to leave feeling welcomed and excited about what they’ve created.

You don’t need to be a professional artist. Some experience in art or another creative setting would be great, but confidence with people matters just as much. You’ll need the energy to lead a lively session, the patience to help someone who feels unsure, and the willingness to get stuck in when it’s time to clean up.

What you’ll do

• Welcome guests and explain their experience clearly.
• Host creative sessions, helping guests have fun and feel comfortable.
• Work with children of different ages, as well as adult groups.
• Prepare materials and keep sessions running on time.
• Clean and reset the studio between bookings.
• Work closely with the team to give every guest a great experience.

What we’re looking for

• A friendly, confident personality and strong people skills.
• An interest in art, creativity or hands-on activities.
• Someone who enjoys working with children.
• Good punctuality, reliability and attention to detail.
• A team player who is happy to help wherever needed.
• Availability for one or two days a week, including weekends.

We’re proud of the five-star reviews our team has earned, and we’re looking for someone who shares their care and drive. Our staff will give you a warm welcome and help you learn how we run each experience.

To apply, tell us a little about yourself, your experience with people or creative work, and why you’d enjoy hosting at Splash Art.
