Artiste Assistant

About the Role

As an Artiste Assistant at Cool Style Talent Management Limited, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations and administrative tasks for our high-profile roster of artists. This full-time position is based in our Chai Wan office, providing you with the opportunity to work closely with our talented team and contribute to the success of our clients.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Providing administrative assistance to artistes, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
2. Handling correspondence and communication with clients, agents, and other industry professionals
3. Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials, social media content, and other promotional activities
4. Organising and maintaining records, files, and other important documentation
5. Providing general support to the Talent Management team as needed

What We're Looking For

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders
3. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
4. Strong presentation techniques on social media platflorm such as Video/photo editing
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with administrative software
6. A keen interest in the entertainment industry and a passion for supporting the careers of talented artists
