What they need

Pouring with Heart is currently looking for a new Barback at (Venue & City). We are excited to find a new family member. Below is a description of the role, give it a read-through, and if you think “Hell yeah!”, we’d love to start a conversation.

The Role…
As a Barback, you are the backbone of the bar, ensuring bartenders can deliver exceptional service by keeping everything stocked, organized, and ready. This role is fast-paced and physically demanding, but it is also the foundation for building knowledge and skills to grow within the company.

About this Bar:
Arts District Brewing Company is an award-winning brewery in the heart of Downtown L.A.’s historic Arts District. Since opening in 2015, Arts has become a neighborhood gathering place built around craft beer, cocktails, food, games, and community. With 30 rotating craft beers, a full bar menu, expansive outdoor spaces, and multiple bars offering their own distinct experience, there’s something for everyone. Grab a beer, draft cocktail, or slushie at the lively Main Bar, escape to the cantina and tiki-inspired Sud Shack, settle into The Study for craft cocktails and a speakeasy lounge atmosphere, or enjoy a laid-back daytime brunch experience at The Pub. Our large outdoor lawn and covered patio offer plenty of room to gather, play, celebrate, and enjoy the best of L.A.’s indoor-outdoor lifestyle.
