As Needed Handyman

Handyman Needed — Very Part-Time, Flexible Hours

We have two SweatHouz wellness studios in West Chester and Miamisburg (Austin Landing) that need a handyman for ongoing repairs and some maintenance: drywall, touch-up paint, grout, caulk, doors, lights, filters, dryer vents, and general fixes. There is some catching up to do but ultimately this is a good side hustle for someone, not primary income.

• Work on your own schedule — after hours preferred
• $20–25/hr, paid weekly, materials reimbursed
• Urgent and emergent calls cannot be ruled out, but they would be rare and can be turned down
• Must have your own tools and vehicle (although we will work with you on specific toosl if needed)
