As needed/ Part time cleaner

**Part-Time Cleaner / Turnover Tech – Prosper Pads**

**Pay:** $17.50–$20.00/hour, based on experience

**Schedule:** Part-time, as needed – 10+ hours per week

**Location:** Eau Claire Area

**About the Role**

Prosper Pads is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented cleaner to help get our apartments and houses ready for new residents. You'll handle move-out turns, keep common areas looking their best, and pitch in with some painting and light maintenance along the way. This is a great fit for someone who takes pride in leaving a space spotless and wants flexible hours.

**What You'll Do**

• Deep clean apartments and houses between residents (kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, floors, windows, cabinets, etc.)

• Clean and maintain common areas such as hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms, and entryways

• Touch-up and interior painting as needed

• Light maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs, changing air filters, tightening hardware, and reporting larger repair needs

• Keep track of supplies and let us know when something's running low

• Take before/after photos and communicate unit status when a turn is complete

**What We're Looking For**

• Residential cleaning experience (required)

• Painting and basic maintenance skills (a big plus)

• Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong attention to detail and good time management

• Reliable transportation to travel between properties

• Able to lift up to 40 lbs, climb ladders, bend, and stand for long periods
