Build robust, efficient, and effective solutions

Identify opportunities to optimize applications

Participate in Agile/Scrum development

Lead teams in an onshore/offshore model

Contribute to continuous integration, improvement, and learning

Help develop the team's functional and technical technology roadmap

Coordinate directly with clients for requirement clarification and solution discussions
