Job Description :

• Provide L2/L3 production support for AS400 applications.
• Monitor system performance and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to COBOL, SQL, and CL programs.
• Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements.
• Perform batch job monitoring and ensure timely completion of scheduled jobs.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for processes and incident resolutions.
• Participate in on-call support and adhere to shift timings (2 PM 11 PM IST).
• 10+ years of experience in AS400 production support.
• Strong programming skills in COBOL, SQL, and CL.
• Hands-on experience with job scheduling and monitoring tools.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
