The role involves designing, coding, and delivering robust back-end functionality, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions that meet business objectives.

• 10+ years of professional experience in AS400 (IBM iSeries) development.

• Strong background in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for retail environments.

• Proficiency in RPG, COBOL, CL, and SQL on IBM i platforms.

• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and managing full software lifecycles.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex system issues.

• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
