ASC Construction Manager

For our client, we are seeking a ASC Construction Manager to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will oversee construction execution in a highly specialized, remote environment, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project plans. The manager will coordinate day-to-day field activity, support schedule and cost control, and help keep stakeholders informed on progress and issues. This position also requires close collaboration across project management, trades, subcontractors, and support teams to maintain momentum and minimize delays.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 – $135,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of construction projects in support of a specialized government program
• Manage construction activities according to project plans and schedules
• Provide daily reports to keep project management informed of status and issues
• Coordinate availability of equipment and materials needed for self-performed work
• Conduct constructability reviews and manage project change control
• Participate in meetings to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Facilitate resource deconfliction and subcontractor effectiveness to avoid delays

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
• 5+ years of construction supervision experience
• Experience supervising trades employees, project scheduling, and cost estimating
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
