ASEAN IT Infrastructure Lead (Cloud Architecture)

Location: Thailand | Regional Scope: ASEAN

Glico is looking for an IT Infrastructure Lead to strengthen our regional infrastructure capability across ASEAN.

This role will take technical ownership of cloud and hybrid infrastructure architecture, supporting the design, implementation and continuous improvement of secure, scalable and cost-effective infrastructure across 6 Regional markets. You will serve as a technical lead for cloud architecture and SaaS integration, while partnering with regional teams and external vendors across infrastructure operations, projects and governance.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Cloud Architecture & Engineering — Design secure, scalable and cost-effective cloud and hybrid infrastructure, establish architecture standards and technical roadmaps, and lead cloud migration, modernization, backup and disaster recovery initiatives.
• AWS / Azure & SaaS Integration — Provide technical leadership across AWS, Azure and related cloud services, while defining integration standards between SaaS, cloud and on-premise environments.
• Infrastructure Operations — Support servers, virtualization, storage, networks, backup and monitoring environments, including troubleshooting complex regional infrastructure issues.
• Projects & Vendors — Lead or support infrastructure projects from solution design through implementation and operational handover, while managing technical requirements, vendors, SLAs and deliverables.
• Governance & Cost Management — Maintain infrastructure standards, documentation, access controls, audit and risk requirements, while monitoring cloud consumption, subscriptions and opportunities for cost optimization

What we’re looking for:

• 7+ years of IT Infrastructure experience, with hands-on exposure to architecture, design, implementation and operational support.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure or equivalent cloud platforms.
• Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure including networking, firewalls, VPN, virtualization, servers, storage and monitoring.
• Good understanding of infrastructure security, including secure architecture, access control, vulnerability and risk management.
• Experience delivering infrastructure projects and working effectively with regional teams and external vendors.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and technical documentation skills.

Advantageous experience:

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code / automation such as Terraform, CloudFormation, PowerShell or Python; hybrid or multi-cloud environments; cloud migration and modernization; disaster recovery; ITIL; infrastructure governance and audit; or regional infrastructure across multiple countries would be highly relevant.
• Experience within FMCG or manufacturing environments is also advantageous.
