Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the Company's goals

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor IT team of IT professionals to achieve the Company and department goals

Resource planning: Define which resources in terms of people, skills, budget and services are required to ensure Antolin Operations linked to the knowledge scope under responsibility

Budget Management: Oversee budgeting and financial management for department and, specifically, for the scope under responsibility

Procedures definition: Establish adequate and efficient procedures are defined to accomplish company goals

KPI definition: Establish adequate KPIs aligned with company strategy to measure department activities and establish proper action plans to correct deviations

Training planning: Establish adequate training plans for team members under management

Project Oversight: Ensure successful planning, execution, and completion of IT projects.

Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend new approaches to enhance Company operations with adequate and cost-effective IT solutions for their needs.

Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with senior management and other departments to align IT initiatives.

Lead corporate initiatives linked to the knowledge scope under responsibility

Assist CIO in the activity or process deemed as required.
