Asian CDP

Position: CDP – Asian Cuisine

Job Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 3–5 Years in Asian Cuisine

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Asian dishes as per standard recipes.
• Handle daily mise en place and ensure timely food preparation.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portioning.
• Have good knowledge of Asian cooking techniques, ingredients, sauces, and spices.
• Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Monitor stock, storage, and wastage in the kitchen section.
• Assist in menu preparation and new dish development.
• Guide and supervise Commis and junior kitchen staff.
• Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Experience in a hotel, restaurant, resort, or fine-dining setup preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
