What you'll do:

• Welcome and serve guests with a smile — take orders, bring food and drinks
• Make and serve drinks as our bartender, including recommending specials and seasonal cocktails
• Help prep and finish dishes, keep food handling clean and safe according to the rules
• Help out in the kitchen with basic prep — chopping, plating, adding garnishes
• Keep your work area clean and organized, including cleaning and stock checks
• Give great hospitality by noticing what guests need and creating chances to upsell

What you bring:

• Experience as a host/hostess or in foodservice is a plus
• Real experience in hospitality — serving, bartending, or kitchen help
• Know-how of food safety and hygiene rules
• Good communication in English and preferably Dutch; other languages are a big plus like vietnamese or chinese
• Strong time management — you can switch gears fast when it's busy
• Enthusiastic, flexible, and guest-focused, with a real passion for Asian culture and food
