该职位来源于猎聘 职位描述： 1. 负责RTL2Netlist前端实现工作，包括SDC, UPF，综合，FM & VCLP检查等工作。 2. 负责ASIC设计实现方法流程的开发和优化。 3. 和P&R team 密切合作完成STA检查以及Power优化。 4. 和DFT team 密切合作完成Scan chain插入，以及STA检查。 职位要求： 1. 熟练掌握Synthesis/Formality/STA/LEC/SDC/UPF/ Netlist质量检查。 2. 熟悉前端EDA工具和流程（DCG、PT、Conformal、Formality、Spyglass、GCA、VCLP）。 3. 熟悉Unix/Linux系统和脚本（tcl、perl、makefile等） 4. 具有高速接口IP、高性能Core经验者优先。 5. 具有DFT或物理设计经验者优先。 6. 高度地自我激励并能积极主动地解决问题
