ASIC Core DFT Technical Leader

For our client, we are seeking a ASIC Core DFT Technical Leader to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $214,100 – $309,800 annually

Responsibilities

• Drive the definition and implementation of Design-for-Test strategies
• Lead cross-functional integration from design to post-silicon validation
• Establish scalable test logic and reusable code
• Oversee complex functional areas and define electrical specifications
• Enhance design quality, yield, and time-to-market for networking silicon

Qualifications

• Bachelor's with 12+ years or Master's with 8+ years or PhD with 5+ years of related experience
• Proficiency in JTAG protocols, Scan, and BIST architectures
• Experience with ATPG and EDA tools including TestMax and Tessent
• Prior verification using System Verilog Logic Equivalency checking
