ASIC Verification Engineer

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ASIC Verification Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the correctness and reliability of complex application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs) through comprehensive verification processes. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement verification plans, testbenches, and test cases to validate ASIC designs against specifications
• Utilize advanced simulation tools and methodologies to identify design flaws early in the development cycle
• Perform building code analysis to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of verification procedures, results, and bug reports
• Collaborate with design teams to troubleshoot issues, analyze failures, and optimize verification strategies
• Apply 3D CAD modeling techniques where applicable for hardware validation and integration tasks
• Use building information modeling (BIM) tools to facilitate cross-disciplinary coordination when necessary

Experience

• Proven experience in ASIC verification or related hardware validation roles, with a strong understanding of digital design principles
• Hands-on expertise in building code analysis, building code compliance, and construction regulations as they relate to hardware design standards
• Technical proficiency in hardware description languages such as Verilog or VHDL, along with simulation environments like ModelSim or QuestaSim
• Familiarity with 3D CAD modeling tools and building information modeling (BIM) software is a plus
• Strong knowledge of design engineering processes, verification methodologies, and industry best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
