Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar and floor, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Train and supervise staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a high level of customer service
• Create and update drink menus, ensuring a diverse selection of beverages to cater to different tastes
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food and beverage service
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations requirements
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel, restaurant or bar
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent bartending skills, including knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
• Knowledge of food production and ability to coordinate with kitchen staff
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
