Asisstant Manager Training & Development

• Plan, develop, and execute training and development programs, from Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through implementation and evaluation.
• Support the recruitment, selection, and management of potential candidates to meet organizational talent requirements.
• Develop and implement leadership development programs and operator competency certification initiatives.
• Manage the administration and compliance of foreign worker documentation, including RPTKA, IMTA, and KITAS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify competency gaps and develop effective people development strategies.
• Monitor training effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or Law.

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in training and development or HR Operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in Training or Recruitment.

• Soft skill: Leadership, good communication, coaching ability, cross-functional teamwork.

• Technical skill: Training needs analysis, competency-based recruitment, program evaluation, assessment center.

• Have CHRP certification& proficient speaking English is highly preferable.

• Willing to be placed in Samarinda.
