Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and responsible Shift Lead/Assistant Manager to join our

team at chubby cattle . This role is a key part of our front of house operations, ensuring

excellent customer service, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.

Wage: Starting at $20-40per hour

Start Date: March 2026. Upon onboarding completion. All required

Key Responsibilities

Actively engage with guests to resolve concerns, accommodate special requests,

and exceed expectations

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per health regulations

Follow daily checklists, SOPs, and company policies

Communicate effectively with teammates and other managers

Monitor dining room flow and table pacing to ensure a seamless service

Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and

consistency

Assist with inventory counts, ordering, and receiving of supplies

Perform well under high-pressure, high-volume conditions with a positive attitudeQualifications

Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience, particularly in

high-volume or hot pot/BBQ concepts.

Passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable dining

experiences

Flexible availability, including late-night shifts, weekends, and holidays

Ability to stand for extended periods and handle a fast-paced environment

Fluent in English; bilingual skills a plus

Must be authorized to work in the United States
