Asistant Manager

Duties

• Assist in managing daily bakery operations to ensure smooth service delivery
• Supervise all staff members fostering a positive team environment
• Oversee and lead food preparation and food production processes to maintain quality standards
• Enforce food safety protocols and hygiene standards across all areas of operation
• Coordinate bakers and sales staff to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction
• Assist in training new team members.

Requirements

• Proven supervising or team management experience within hospitality or retail food
• Experience with food production processes, serving practices, and retail operations
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations
• Ability to lead a diverse team while maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness
• Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and leadership presence
• A real passion for food and bakery products.
• Must be available to work weekends

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
