Asistant Quantity Surveyor

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Support role based in Singapore. The Sales Support team member will assist the sales function by preparing quotations, proposals, and order documentation, as well as updating and maintaining customer records and project tracking tools. The role involves responding to customer and partner inquiries. Daily responsibilities include liaising with internal teams (such as operations and installation), following up on leads, monitoring order status, and ensuring timely communication to support customer satisfaction. The position also requires handling basic administrative tasks related to sales operations and contributing to a professional, service-oriented customer experience.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a commitment to providing responsive, solution-focused support.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track orders, and identify follow-up actions or process improvements.

Candidates should possess familiarity with Sales Operations, including preparing quotations, managing documentation, and using CRM or similar systems.

Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in business, sales, or a related field are beneficial.

Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing) and comfort with digital tools is preferred.

Attention to detail, reliability in managing timelines, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment are important.

Experience in interiors, architecture, or building-related industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
