Memahami dan mampu mengelola teknis lapangan budidaya kelapa sawit
Bertanggungjawab atas proses panen & perawatan kelapa sawit
Mempersiapkan kebutuhan tenaga kerja untuk perawatan dan panen
Membuat Rencana kerja harian, mingguan dan bulanan (mencakup detil kebutuhan HK kerja, alat dan bahan sesuai norma)
Membuat budget harian, mingguan dan bulanan
6 Membuat laporan produksi tahunan, semester, bulanan dan harian
