What they need
· Pendidikan minimal S1 jurusan Teknik Mesin/Industri/Elektro ( Fresh Graduate )
· Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di bidang Manufaktur Suku Cadang Otomotif sebagai Manager / Asisten Manager
· Mengerti sistem dan proses produksi secara umum
· Diutamakan bagi yang memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman dalam TPS (Toyota Production System), OEM ( Original Equipment Manufacturing ) otomotif.
· Teliti, mampu berpikir secara logika dan dapat bekerja sama dalam tim
· Diutamakan bagi yang mampu berbahasa Inggris dan/atau Jepang (minimal lisan)
· Menguasai MS-Office (Word, Excel dan Powerpoint)
