ASM- Distribution

About the Role:
In this role, you will drive key initiatives focused on distribution management, dealer network maintenance, network expansion, secondary business generation, and trade scheme management within your assigned markets. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, fostering strong dealer relationships, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through customer-centric operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  - Manage distribution, maintain the existing dealer network, expand the network to increase reach, and manage trade schemes to achieve business goals.
  - Build strategic relationships with plumbers and contractors to drive sales initiatives.
  - Oversee customer-centric operations and ensure high customer satisfaction by adhering to delivery and service quality standards.

Requirements:
  - 5-8 years of proven experience in distribution management.
  - Experience in a similar field, preferably the building materials industry.
  - Willingness to travel frequently.
