Requirements:

• Hold bachelor's degree (S1), from any discipline.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for the position.
• Preferably has experience as assistant sales manager specializing in sales - retail of flour or FMCG.
• Strong analytical skills, negotiation skills, leadership skill, and developing customer.
• Creative and persistent in elaborating new ideas.
• Proactive in finishing given tasks.
• Hard worker, teamwork, solution finder and able to work under high pressure.
• Possess excellent command in English, oral and written.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales target of business in each region.
• Reporting and monitoring every plan and activity of total sales area of business in weekly and monthly basis.
• Maintain relationship with distributor and existing customer.
• Handle complaint from customer for the service level.
