ASM / Sr. ASM

Role & responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
• Manage and develop dealer and distributor networks.
• Identify and appoint new dealers/distributors to expand market coverage.
• Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, architects and key customers.
• Conduct regular market visits and monitor territory-wise business performance.
• Track competitor activities, pricing, products and market trends.
• Generate new business opportunities and increase sales from existing customers.
• Ensure timely order booking, dispatch coordination and payment collection.
• Drive product launches, promotional activities, dealer meets and other sales initiatives.
• Prepare regular sales reports, market updates and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer and channel-partner issues.
• Ensure effective coverage and business growth within the assigned territory.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate from a recognized university.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in sales.
• Experience in ceramic tiles, sanitaryware, building materials or related industries will be preferred.
• Strong dealer/distributor network and channel-handling experience.
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Strong target orientation and business development ability.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
