派駐ASML : Operation Manager(廠務營運主管(系統/設備))

雇用型態：合約制(Fixed-term)，預計合約時間為3年，後續依照績效表現評估續約或轉為集團正職 (合約期間由第三方顧問公司協助payroll服務)

工作內容 :

本職務負責中央控制室CCR團隊之營運管理，確保監控、工單、緊急應變及廠務作業符合客戶品質、安全與合規要求。

Position Summary The Operation Manager is responsible for managing the Central Control Room (CCR) team and ensuring the efficiency, quality, safety and compliance of daily facility operations. This position oversees SCADA monitoring, CMMS work orders, preventive maintenance coordination, emergency response planning and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facility Engineering, Automation, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• At least three years of experience in facility operations, facility coordination, stakeholder support or related operations management.
• At least three years of relevant experience in cleanroom facilities, semiconductor manufacturing or another high-tech operating environment.
• Good understanding of SCADA, FMCS or BMS monitoring logic and abnormal alarm handling.
• Familiarity with CMMS, PPM schedules, work-order management and maintenance records.
• Experience supporting shift operations, CCR teams or 24/7 facility environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of high-tech facility EHS requirements and emergency response procedures.
• Good coordination, communication, reporting and problem-solving skills.
• English communication capability is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the CCR team, including daily work allocation, performance monitoring, work quality and team development.
• Manage SCADA, FMCS or BMS monitoring activities, abnormal alarm handling, incident notification and escalation processes.
• Review and audit CMMS work orders, preventive maintenance records and completion documentation.
• Coordinate PPM schedules, maintenance work orders and operational activities with planners and facility system teams.
• Develop and maintain CCR emergency response plans, operating procedures, drills and training programs.
• Monitor CCR operational KPIs, alarm response performance, shift handover quality and incident closure.
• Support annual maturity assessments, compliance documentation and continuous improvement of facility management processes.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including facility systems, IT, project management and workplace service teams.
• Support 5S+1, ESG, RBA, EHS and general site administration requirements.
• Ensure facility operations comply with client procedures, safety requirements and high-tech manufacturing standards.
