出差要求 : 此職位約一季一次至台灣南部出差之需求

工作內容 :

本職務為客戶場域之廠務設施管理負責人，帶領團隊及供應商確保Critical Facilities與Hard Services安全、可靠並持續運作，同時對接台灣及荷蘭CRE管理團隊。

Position Summary The Site Manager is responsible for leading the site facilities management organization and ensuring the safety, reliability and operational continuity of Critical Installations and Hard Services. This position serves as the key interface among the client’s Taiwan and Netherlands CRE management teams, Facilities Management functions, service providers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facility Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
• Solid management experience in high-tech facilities, Critical Facilities, Hard Services or industrial facilities operations.
• Practical experience in at least two or three facility systems, such as electrical power, HVAC, water, gas, fire protection, monitoring and control, or building systems.
• Experience managing facility teams, contractors, vendors, budgets and CMMS processes.
• Strong understanding of operational KPIs, compliance requirements, safety standards and business continuity.
• Familiarity with high-tech facility operations, ISO audits and structured reporting systems.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership and organizational integration capabilities.
• Proficiency in Excel; Power BI experience is preferred.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to support client meetings, management presentations and formal documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders, including teams in the Netherlands and other countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the site facilities management team, including organization development, performance management and team capability building.
• Manage the daily operation of Hard Services and Critical Installations to ensure safety, reliability and business continuity.
• Oversee facility maintenance plans, annual budgets, CMMS performance, contractors and service providers.
• Serve as the primary interface among CRE, FM, internal users, vendors and external service providers.
• Identify major operational risks and develop short-, medium- and long-term facility strategies.
• Lead project teams in developing execution plans and ensure contractual requirements are delivered on schedule and to the required quality standards.
• Monitor operational KPIs, service levels, system reliability, compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present operational reports, risk updates, performance results and improvement plans to local and international management.
• Lead root cause investigations using RCA, 8D and A3 methodologies and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Ensure all activities comply with EHS requirements, ISO standards, client policies and applicable regulations.
• Support budget planning, cost control, vendor performance reviews and long-term maintenance planning.
• Coordinate with the client’s international CRE organization on facility operations and strategic initiatives.
